I'm pretty sure I can picture my nose underneath that heel when it was grinding down there. I may hear a few interesting cracking/popping noises which you don't seem to be all that concerned about. I mean after all it's not your nose, right? Nothing to worry about I'm sure. And if there are any other louder noises to manage coming from your new floor, I'm sure it's nothing that a few nice hard stomps won't quiet down pretty quickly.
